The privacy of all users of ("Site") and of the services available from the Site. We have created this statement to demonstrate our commitment to our customers' privacy and to explain our information-gathering and dissemination practices.

Collection and Use of Information / Registration

When you register as a user/subscriber in any of the CôteSud registration forms, you are required to provide contact information (such as your name, email address and phone number), and in certain cases demographic information (such as your country, address and post code). We use this information to
1.- Create a CôteSud account for you
2.- Send you information about CôteSud (you may unsubscribe from receiving future mailings; following the procedure in each information sent)
3.- Contact you about service or products updates when they occur or to notify you of changes. CôteSud uses unique identifiers to verify your identity in case you forget your password, unsubscribe and to give a personal treatment.

Your Personal Information and Our Commitment

CôteSud will not sell, trade, rent, disclose or make available personally identifiable information about you to any third party (outwith the CôteSud group and partners) without first receiving your permission except as permitted by law or when expressly stated herein.


CôteSud has other companies to provide services that may give a better service for the purpose to introduce, show and explain the products and promotions that we provide. In order to make the experience seamless to you, CôteSud passes along some information about you to CôteSud partners so that the partners can contact you with information and services of interest to you. CôteSud passes only information that is required for partners to provide the requested information or service.


CôteSud site and services provide you the opportunity to unsubscribe from receiving communications from us. To be removed from the mailing list, select the unsubscribe option that is included on every email communication you receive from CôteSud. If you need further assistance, send an email to explaining that you have tried to unsubscribe without success.

The Site and services contain links to other web sites. This privacy statement only covers CôteSud site; it does not apply to any other web sites, including those web sites that CôteSud may provide links to. CôteSud is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other web sites or our service partners. Please check the privacy statement of a web site prior to using it.

Notification of Changes

If CôteSud is going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection CôteSud will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not CôteSud uses your information in this different manner. However, if you have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated your account, then you will not be contacted. Nor will your personal information be used in this new manner. In addition, if CôteSud makes any material changes in CôteSud privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, CôteSud will post a prominent notice on the Site notifying users of the change. In some cases where CôteSud posts the notice CôteSud will also email users, who have opted to receive communications from us, notifying them of the changes in CôteSud privacy practices.


The Site and various portions of the services use cookies to
1.- Save your password so you do not have to re-enter it each time you log in.
2.- Deliver content specific to your interests.
3.- Keep track of your input/output while you are using our services or visiting our site. If you set your browser to reject cookies, you will not be able to access or use the services.

Log Files / IP Addresses

Like most standard web site servers, CôteSud uses log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyse trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. We also keep log files for technical reasons and the ability to trouble shoot problems:
- To allow CôteSud to measure server utilisation, and thus proactively scale the system.
- In order to track down and stop potential denial of service attacks
- In order for CôteSud to help troubleshoot customer NAT or proxy problems
